2020 Season Postponed

The Richie Dwyer Over 35’s League is sad to announce that the 2020 season, which would have been the fourth year of the league, will not go ahead, due to Covid-19 restrictions.

This decision has been reached following lengthy discussions with all committee members, as we cannot see a way to proceed whilst adhering to HSE guidelines, social distancing rules and a shorter timeframe. The health and welfare of players, officials and supporters is our priority at this time.

We hope to review the situation later in the year and hope, if it is safe and appropriate to do so, to hold a weekend tournament to mark the year. We will provide updates on this. Our best wishes to all those affected by Covid-19, and we hope you all stay safe and well.
